Everyone has access to the list of homes for sale these days.  There are hundreds of real estate sites on the internet.  But not everyone has access to my experience and knowledge. 

I concentrate my efforts in a small area so that I know every street and every house that has sold in my neighborhoods.  I know why the prices drop or go up from one street to another.  I will negotiate the best possible price and terms, and guide you through the very complicated process of home buying.  I will personally oversee the escrow process, all the inspections, the loan process, the paperwork and hand you the key at the close of escrow.
